You need to be or become a member of AIACE to sign up for the Hospitalisation insurance. To make it even easier, you can submit your application for the Hospitalisation insurance and for AIACE at the same time.

Application
Complete and sign an application form and a medical questionnaire for each person to be insured.
Payment
If you’d like to pay by direct debit, also send us the SEPA direct debit form. We need the original, signed document.
