Wear Suitable Clothing
Choose comfortable gym wear or fitted clothing that allows you to move easily and doesn’t hide the shape of your body.
Choose the best location
Find a well-lit, uncluttered area with ample space for movement. Make sure you can complete the scanning process without interruptions.
Follow the instructions
Make sure the volume on your device is turned up and pay attention to the introductory video.
Set up your device
Place your smart device vertically in a supported position, at waist height. Stand far enough away to ensure your whole body stays in frame throughout the scan and wait for the countdown before you begin any movements.
