  • The selected start date of the coverage is within 5 calendar days before the start date of the CERN assignment.
  • The selected end date of the coverage is maximum 5 calendar days after the end of the CERN short-term assignment.
  • I will provide Cigna, upon demand, with a proof of such short-term assignment as MPA.

*Please note that your plan applies a minimum premium equivalent to two weeks of coverage. As this solution is designed for short-term stays, the maximum period of cover is 90 days within any 180 period. Coverage can start up to 5 days before the start date of your assignment and end up to 5 days after the end of your assignment. It is valid worldwide.

*This cover is intended to cover accidents and unplanned treatments for MPAs on duty travels within the applicable limits of 75,000 CHF for healthcare and 75,000 CHF for death and disability. It is not a substitute to LAMal, French Social Security, or any other local or national primary insurance.
